From Bereket Railway Station, head southeast on the main road (A-2) towards Merv. Follow the A-2 for approximately 70 kilometers (about 1 hour) until you reach the outskirts of Merv. Once you see signs for Merv, take the exit toward M59V+R2G. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers, and you will arrive at Erk Kala. There may be parking available near the archaeological site.

To get to Erk Kala via public transportation, first, walk to the Bereket bus station located near the railway station. Look for a bus heading to Merv; these buses usually run quite frequently. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Merv, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, take a local taxi or arrange for a ride-share to Erk Kala, which is about 5 kilometers away. Taxi fares can vary but expect to pay around 10-20 TMT for the ride.
