    Start from the central square of Mary, known as the 'Galkynysh' Square. Head northeast along the main road, which is Turkmenbashi Avenue. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Gorky Street. Turn left onto Gorky Street and continue for another kilometer. You will see signs directing you towards Merv. Keep walking straight; the road will eventually lead you out of the city and towards the Merv archaeological site. Follow the signs until you reach the Mohammed Ibn Zayd Mausoleum, which is located approximately 10 kilometers from the city center. The mausoleum is situated near the ruins of ancient Merv, and you should be able to see it from the approach.
