From the center of Mary, head towards the Mary Museum (Maryy Muzeýi). Walk east on Abay Street (Abay köçesi) until you reach the intersection with Galkynysh Street (Galkynyş köçesi). Turn left onto Galkynysh Street and continue walking for approximately 1 km. You will see a bus stop ahead. Continue walking straight until you see the signs directing you to Merv. After about 2 km, you will enter the outskirts of Merv. Follow the signs to the Soltan Sanjar Mausoleum, which is located about 5 km from this point.
