    If you're traveling by car, head towards the town of Sheema. From Mbarara, take the Mbarara-Kabale road (A404) and continue until you reach the town of Sheema. Once in Sheema, follow the signs towards Kitagata. The hot springs are located approximately 10 km from Sheema town. The drive should take about 30 minutes. Parking is available near the hot springs.
