From Mbale, head northeast on the Mbale-Bulambuli road (A109) for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Bulambuli. Follow the signs directing you towards Sisiyi Falls. Turn left onto a smaller road just after entering Bulambuli, and continue for about 5 kilometers. The road may become bumpy, so drive carefully. Keep an eye out for local signage directing you to Sisiyi Falls. You will find a parking area near the falls.

Public Transportation
From Mbale town, take a shared taxi or matatu heading towards Bulambuli. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes and cost around 2,000 UGX. Once you arrive in Bulambuli, you can either ask locals for directions to Sisiyi Falls or hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) for about 5,000 UGX to take you directly to the falls. The boda-boda ride will take about 15 minutes.
