Start from the Entebbe town center and head west on Kitubulu Road. Continue cycling until you reach the main road, then turn left onto the Entebbe-Kampala Road (A104). Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the sign for Kasanje town on your right. Turn right and continue straight until you reach Mabamba Swamp Bird Watching. The swamp is located just a short distance from the main road.

From your location in Entebbe, find a boda boda stand or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Tell the driver you want to go to Mabamba Swamp Bird Watching in Kasanje. The trip will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the site, which is located just off the main road leading to Kasanje town.

Head to the nearest matatu stage in Entebbe and take a matatu heading towards Kampala. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Kasanje. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
