Getting There

Walking
Starting from the center of Fort Portal, head east on Rukidi III Road. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Kabarole Road. Here, you will see a sign directing you towards the direction of the gardens. Turn left at the junction onto Kabarole Road and continue straight for approximately 500 meters. You will then see a local market on your right; at this point, you should keep an eye for the small path leading into the garden area. Follow this path, and after about 300 meters, you will arrive at Akela Alila, located at the coordinates M73J+V25.
