    From the center of Fort Portal, head south on Kabarole Road towards the roundabout. Continue straight at the roundabout onto the Rukiga Road. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading towards Yenga. Turn left onto the Yenga road and continue walking for approximately 8 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Semuliki National Park, which will be on your right. The park entrance is well-marked, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Fort Portal. Start your journey by heading south on Kabarole Road until you reach the roundabout. Go straight at the roundabout onto Rukiga Road and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. At the junction, turn left onto the road leading to Yenga. Cycle for approximately 8 kilometers, following the road until you see the signs for Semuliki National Park on your right. The park entrance will be clearly visible.

    Find a nearby boda boda stand in Fort Portal, which are commonly located near hotels or marketplaces. Inform the boda boda driver that you want to go to Semuliki National Park. They will take you south on Kabarole Road to the roundabout, then continue straight onto Rukiga Road. The driver will then turn left onto the Yenga road, cycling for about 8 kilometers until they reach the park entrance. Ensure you agree on the fare beforehand.
