If you are starting from Jinja town center, head east towards Nile Avenue. Walk along Nile Avenue until you reach the junction with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jinja-Kamuli Road. After about 1 kilometer, look for a sign indicating Mahatma Gandhi Garden. The entrance is located on your left, just after the local market.

From the center of Jinja, find a bicycle rental shop. Once you have your bicycle, head east on Nile Avenue. Keep pedaling straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jinja-Kamuli Road and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for the sign for Mahatma Gandhi Garden on your left. There is a paved path leading to the entrance.

If you prefer to take a boda boda, find a boda boda stage near your location in Jinja. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mahatma Gandhi Garden. They will take you along Nile Avenue, and then divert onto Jinja-Kamuli Road. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance, which is marked by a sign on your left.
