From the center of Nakasero, head towards the main road, Kira Road, which is a prominent landmark. Walk downhill on Kira Road until you reach the intersection with Akii Bua Road. At this intersection, turn left onto Akii Bua Road. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you see the entrance to Fort Lugard on your right.
