If you are driving, make your way to Moroto town. From the center of Moroto, head towards Lomilo Road. Look for the United Nations Offices; Kara-Tunga, Karamoja Safari Camp is located directly behind these offices at Plot 8. The camp's entrance is well-marked, and you can park your vehicle on-site.

Public Transportation
To reach Kara-Tunga, Karamoja Safari Camp via public transportation, first take a bus or shared taxi from Kampala or Gulu to Moroto. Once you arrive in Moroto, you can either walk or take a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to Lomilo Road. Inform the driver to take you behind the United Nations Offices, where the camp is located at Plot 8. Expect to pay around 10,000 UGX for the boda boda ride.

If you are already in Moroto and need to reach Kara-Tunga, you can easily hire a boda boda. Simply tell the driver to take you to Lomilo Road behind the United Nations Offices. The ride should cost approximately 5,000 to 10,000 UGX, depending on your negotiating skills and the distance from your starting point.
