Car
From the main park entrance of Kidepo Valley National Park, drive towards the park headquarters. Continue on the main road heading northeast towards the Kotido-Kaabong Rd. This route takes you through the scenic park landscape. After about 30 km, you will reach the junction with the Kotido-Kaabong Rd. Turn left onto Kotido-Kaabong Rd. Mount Rengen will be visible as you progress, approximately 10 km away from the junction. Ensure to have a 4x4 vehicle for the best experience on this road. Note that park fees apply, and you may need to pay a fee at the entrance of Kidepo Valley National Park.
