Car
From the main park entrance of Kidepo Valley National Park, head on the main road towards the Morungole village. The road may be rough, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended. Follow the signs to Morungole and continue for approximately 20 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful landscapes and possibly see wildlife along the way. Upon reaching Morungole village, look for signs directing you to Morungole Eco Camp, which is located just outside the village.

Public Transportation
To reach Morungole Eco Camp from the park entrance using public transportation, take a taxi or a local bus from the park entrance to Morungole village. The journey may take about 1-2 hours depending on the transport availability. Once you arrive in Morungole village, hire a local boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Morungole Eco Camp, which is a short distance away from the village. Ensure you negotiate the fare before starting your ride.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, from the main park entrance, you can trek to Morungole village which is about 20 kilometers away. This is a great way to experience the local scenery and wildlife, but it may take several hours to reach Morungole Eco Camp. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks, and wear appropriate hiking shoes. Once you reach Morungole village, follow the signs to Morungole Eco Camp.
