Start from Masaka Town Center, which is a bustling area and easy to locate. Head towards the Masaka Main Bus Park and look for the main road leading out of town. Walk southeast along the main road (Kampala-Masaka Road) for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with Speke Road. At the junction, turn left onto Speke Road. Continue walking straight for about 400 meters, and you will see the Independence Monument on your left. It is a notable structure, so you should be able to see it from a distance.
