To reach the Eclipse Monument using public transportation, head to the nearest bus or taxi park in Soroti Town. Look for matatus (shared taxis) heading towards Pallisa. Once you are dropped off near the Soroti-Pallisa Road, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach the monument.
