Buses typically leave every hour, but it's wise to check the schedule in advance. Once in Kampala, you can take a taxi or a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to Jinja. This leg of the journey will take about 2 hours. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your ride to avoid misunderstandings.
