From Lake Victoria, head southeast on the A1 highway towards Kisumu. Continue on the A1 highway for approximately 30 kilometers. Turn left onto the C24 road towards Lake Victoria Sanctuary. Follow the C24 road for another 10 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Lake Victoria Sanctuary.

Public Transportation
Take a matatu (shared minibus) from Lake Victoria to Kisumu. Get off at the Kisumu bus station and then take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to the C24 road towards Lake Victoria Sanctuary. Negotiate the fare with the boda boda driver before starting the journey. Once at the C24 road, you can walk or arrange for another boda boda to take you to the entrance of Lake Victoria Sanctuary.
