Getting There

Walking
From the center of Rynok Square, locate the fountain and head towards the north-east corner of the square. Walk past the shops and cafes lining the square until you reach the intersection with Virmens'ka Street. Turn left onto Virmens'ka Street, and continue walking for about 200 meters. St. Christopher's Column will be on your right, easily recognizable by its tall structure.

If you are near the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (also known as the Dominica Church) located at the western side of Rynok Square, exit the church area and walk south towards the square's center. Proceed to the fountain, then follow the previous directions to reach Virmens'ka Street.

Public Transport
While public transport is generally not needed for such a short distance, if you prefer, you can take a tram from the nearest tram stop at Rynok Square. Take tram number 1 or 9 and get off at the 'Virmenska' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk back towards Virmens'ka Street, where St. Christopher's Column is located.
