Abu Dhabi: Yas Island 90min Self Drive Speedboat Tour- With Guide

Beautiful way to explore Abu Dhabi

We had such a lovely sunset experience with Bayside Water Rides! There were two of us on the 90-minute guided self-drive boat tour, and even as an Abu Dhabi resident, I was surprised by how beautiful the city looks from the water. Seeing the Giant at Yas Bay, exploring the canals and enjoying the beach stop made it feel like a little holiday without leaving the city. The sunset was my favourite part so peaceful and a chance to switch off. The audio guide was a lovely addition, and a big thank-you to the captain who guided us along the route. Highly recommend this to both residents and anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

Safari Island Adventure with speed Boat

Passenger organization

The trip had a rough start. As there were 6 of us in one boat then realized that one was for a private tour so they moved us into another boat that had 4 people in it plus 2 guides. So now this totaled 12 people on the boat. I had arrived early to get a good seat but because of this was now in the back of the boat. Most of the tour were the stops on the beaches which were lovely!! So there wasn’t as much boat time as I had anticipated. However starting off the tour that way had been a bit unsettling. Loved all 3 beaches! Wish we could have spent more time at the second one because it was the prettiest in my opinion. But they were all amazing! Super easy to get out of the boat onto the beaches. You will only get wet up to your waist if you don’t want to get all the way in.

That we didn't got what...

That we didn't got what was promised after. The fruit salad was an apple and a banana. And there was no water.
