If you're starting from the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station, take the Red Line towards Rashidiya. Get off at the next stop, which is the Financial Centre Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Financial Center Road. You will see signs directing you toward the Dubai Mall. It’s a short 10-minute walk. Once you reach the Dubai Mall, go to Level 2 and look for the entrance opposite Galerie Lafayette.

You can also take a bus to reach Dubai Mall. Look for the bus stop nearest to you and catch bus number 27, 29, or 50, which all stop at Dubai Mall. Make sure to check the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) app or website for the nearest bus stop and schedule. Once you arrive at the Dubai Mall bus stop, head inside the mall, take the escalators to Level 2, and you will find Infinity des Lumières opposite Galerie Lafayette.
