Car
From Antrim, take the A26 road heading south. Continue on the A26 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with the A8. Merge onto the A8 towards Larne. Stay on the A8 for about 10 miles, then take the exit for the A2 towards Larne. Follow the signs for Larne and continue on the A2 until you reach Larne town. Once in Larne, follow the signs for Carnlough. After approximately 5 miles, you will see signs for Carnlough Beach. Turn left onto Coast Road (A2), and you will arrive at Carnlough Beach shortly.

Public Transportation
From Antrim Bus Station, take the Ulsterbus service 150 towards Larne. The bus will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Larne. Once in Larne, transfer to the bus service 251 or 252 that goes to Carnlough. The journey from Larne to Carnlough takes around 15-20 minutes. Be sure to check the schedule for the latest departure times as service frequency may vary.

Walking
If you are already in Carnlough, you can reach the beach by walking from the village center. Head towards the coastline, following the signs to the beach. The walk is approximately 15 minutes from the center of Carnlough and offers scenic views along the way. Just follow the main road (A2) down towards the water, and you will find access points to the beach.
