Bus
From the Belfast city center, head to the main bus station, Europa Buscentre, located at 24 Glengall Street, Belfast BT12 5AH. Take the Metro Bus number 15 towards 'Downpatrick'. The bus will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach Downpatrick. Once you arrive at Downpatrick Bus Station, exit the bus and head towards the main road. From there, you will need to catch a local taxi or use a rideshare app to reach Winterfell Castle & Demesne, located at Old Castle Ward, Park Rd, Downpatrick BT30 7LS, which is about a 10-minute drive from the bus station.

From Belfast Central Station, take a train towards 'Newry'. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Downpatrick' station. After exiting the train, you will need to take a taxi from Downpatrick train station to Winterfell Castle & Demesne. The distance is approximately 5 miles, which should take around 15 minutes by taxi.
