If you're driving within Brecon Beacons National Park, head towards the A470 road. Follow the A470 southbound towards Cardiff. As you approach Cardiff, take the exit onto the A48(M) towards Cardiff East. Continue on the A48(M) until you reach Junction 29. From there, take the A48 towards Cardiff city center. Follow signs for the city center and eventually turn onto Havannah Street, where The Spa at St David's is located at Havannah St, Cardiff CF10 5SD. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To reach The Spa at St David's via public transport, take a bus from Brecon to Cardiff. Check the local bus schedules for the best route, typically the T4 line will serve this route. Once in Cardiff, get off at the Cardiff Central Station stop. From there, it’s a 15-minute walk to The Spa at St David's. Head south on St Mary Street, turn right onto Trinity Street, and then continue onto Havannah Street. The Spa will be on your left.
