Car
If you're travelling by car, start by heading south from Caernarfon on the A487. Continue on the A487 until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto the A40 towards Abergavenny. After about 13 miles, you will reach another roundabout; take the second exit onto the A465. After a few miles, take the exit towards Blaenavon (A4043). Follow the A4043 into Blaenavon. Once in the town, turn left onto North Street. The Blaenavon Ironworks will be on your right, with ample parking available nearby.

For those using public transport, take a train from Caernarfon to Abergavenny. From Abergavenny Station, you will need to take a bus to Blaenavon. The X4 bus service operates regularly between Abergavenny and Blaenavon. Once you arrive in Blaenavon, disembark at the North Street stop. The Blaenavon Ironworks is just a short walk from the bus stop; simply head down North Street, and you will see the Ironworks on your left.
