If you prefer to walk and are starting from the city center, head west on Patrick Street towards Washington Street. Continue straight onto St. Patrick's Street, then turn left onto Oliver Plunkett Street. Continue onto Grand Parade until you reach the junction with South Mall. Cross the river at the Grand Parade Bridge, then continue straight until you reach Washington Street. Turn left and follow it until you reach the junction with St. Finbarr's Place. Follow St. Finbarr's Place until you reach The Glen River Park, which will be on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 kilometers and should take about 30-35 minutes.
