If you are starting from the city center, head east on Silver Street towards the Market Place. Continue straight onto the A177, which is also known as North Road. Follow the A177 for about 15 minutes on foot. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. The Dog & Bicycle Sculpture will be on your left as you approach the area near the A177, Durham DH1 3BB.

From Durham Bus Station, take the Arriva Bus service heading towards the A177. It's a short ride of about 5-10 minutes. Request to get off at the stop closest to the A177. After getting off, walk for about 5 minutes along A177, and you will see the Dog & Bicycle Sculpture on your left.
