Travel times vary depending on origin but typically range from 15 to 45 minutes within the Fife area. Tickets cost approximately £2 to £5. The bus station’s proximity makes it the most convenient public transport option.
Train
Dunfermline Town railway station is a short 10-15 minute walk from Kingsgate Shopping Centre through a scenic public park. Trains connect Dunfermline with Edinburgh and other regional destinations, with fares starting around £5. Walking is accessible and pleasant, suitable for most travelers.
Car
Kingsgate Shopping Centre offers a secure multi-storey car park with 711 spaces, operated by APCOA. Parking fees are approximately £2 for up to 30 minutes and £3.50 for up to 24 hours, payable by card or APCOA app. The car park is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Wednesday, extended hours on Thursday, and until 7pm on Friday and Saturday.
