Walking
From the city center of Inverness, start at the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Exit the shopping center and head east along Academy Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Church Street. Turn left onto Church Street and walk until you reach the River Ness. Cross the bridge at the end of Church Street to reach the River Walk. Follow the River Walk north alongside the river until you reach the first major road, which is the A82. Cross the road and continue onto the path next to the river. Follow the path until you reach the junction with the B865. Turn left onto B865 and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will see signs for Milton of Leys. Follow the signs, which will lead you to the viewpoint. The total walk will take about 50 minutes.
