If you are in the city center of Inverness, start at the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Exit the shopping center and head towards the River Ness. Cross the bridge at the end of the shopping area, and turn left onto Ness Walk. Follow Ness Walk along the river until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto A82. Continue along this road for about 0.5 miles (800 meters). You will see a sign for Ivanhoe Avenue on your left. Turn left onto Ivanhoe Avenue; Frankie + Lola's will be on your right at 4326 Ivanhoe Ave.

From Inverness Bus Station, take bus number 8 towards Balloch. Get off at the stop named 'Smithton'. From there, walk back towards the junction and turn left onto A82.
