    If you are traveling by car, start from the main town of Bowmore, which is centrally located on the Isle of Islay. Head north on the A846 road toward Bridgend. Follow the A846 for approximately 6 miles (10 km). After passing through Bridgend, take a left turn onto the B8016 road towards Kilchoman. Continue on the B8016 for about 3 miles (5 km) until you reach Kilchoman. The Kilchoman Cross is located on Unnamed Road, just off the B8016. There is no dedicated parking at the site, but you can park safely along the roadside.

    For those using public transportation, you can take the bus service from either Bowmore or Port Ellen to Kilchoman. The bus service is operated by Islay Community Transport and runs regularly, but be sure to check the latest schedule as it may vary.
