If you are traveling by car, head towards Newby Bridge, Ulverston, LA12 8NN. From the south, take the M6 motorway, exit at Junction 36, and follow the A590 towards Ulverston. Continue on the A590 until you reach the A592, and then take the A592 towards Newby Bridge. The park entrance will be well signposted. There is a car park available on-site, but note there is a parking fee of approximately £5 for the day.

To reach Fell Foot using public transport, take a train to Ulverston Station. From there, you can catch the 'X6' bus service towards Newby Bridge. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Alight at the stop for Fell Foot. Please check the current bus schedule in advance as services may vary. Be aware that bus fares are around £2.50 for a single journey.

For those who prefer cycling, there are several scenic routes leading to Fell Foot. If you are starting from Ulverston, take the A590 and then divert onto quieter roads towards the lake. The total distance is approximately 5 miles. Ensure you have a map or GPS to guide you through the best paths. There are bike racks available at the park entrance.
