    From Llandudno, take the A55 towards Bangor. Exit at Junction 10 and follow the A5 towards Bangor. Continue on the A5 until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto the A487. Follow signs for Penrhyn Castle. The castle is located at the address Bangor LL57 4HT. There is parking available on-site; be aware that parking fees may apply.

    From Llandudno, take the train from Llandudno railway station to Bangor station. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at Bangor station, exit the station and catch the bus number 5 (or 85) towards Caernarfon. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop for Penrhyn Castle. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule as services may vary.

  • Walking from Bangor Station

    If you prefer to walk from Bangor station, it is approximately a 30-minute walk to Penrhyn Castle. Exit the station and head south towards the A5. Turn right on the A5 and follow the road towards Penrhyn Castle. There are pedestrian paths available, and you will be able to see the castle from the road.
