From the center of Gwynedd, head towards the A55 road. Take the A55 towards Holyhead. After approximately 20 miles, take the exit toward Llangefni/A5114. Once in Penmynydd, Plas Penmynydd will be located at Penmynydd, Llangefni LL77 7SH. There is parking available on-site.
