From Charing Cross, take the Bakerloo Line (brown line) towards Elephant & Castle. Get off at the very next stop, which is Trafalgar Square. Exit the station and follow the signs to Charing Cross Road. Once above ground, walk towards the north end of Trafalgar Square and take the exit towards Whitehall.

After exiting Trafalgar Square, walk down Whitehall Street. Keep walking straight for about 10 minutes, passing the famous landmarks such as the Banqueting House on your right and the Cenotaph memorial. Continue walking until you reach Horse Guards Parade. The Gurkha Soldier Statue is located along Horse Guards Avenue, directly in front of the Horse Guards building.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Trafalgar Square. Look for buses heading towards Westminster or Victoria. Bus numbers 11, 88, or 211 will take you towards Horse Guards. Get off at the stop 'Horse Guards Parade', and you will be very close to The Gurkha Soldier Statue, which is just a short walk away.
