    From Nairn, head south on the A96 towards Inverness. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit for the A9 towards Perth. Continue on the A9 for about 2 miles. Take the exit towards Culloden Battlefield (signposted). Follow the signs for Culloden Battlefield and turn left onto Culloden Road. The battlefield will be on your right after about 1 mile. There is parking available on-site, and be sure to check for any parking fees.

    From Nairn, take the bus (Stagecoach route 11) towards Inverness. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the bus stop at the A9 (Culloden) and walk approximately 20 minutes to Culloden Battlefield. Follow the signs as you walk; it’s about a mile from the bus stop. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the bus stop to the battlefield for a more direct route, which should take about 5 minutes.
