    From the town center of Peebles, head southwest on the A72. Continue on the A72 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the junction with the B709. Turn left onto the B709 and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Watch for signs directing you to Glentress Forest. You will turn right onto a small road leading into the forest. There is ample parking available at the visitor center, which may incur a parking fee of around £3 for the day.
