• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Pembrokeshire, take the A487 road towards Fishguard. Follow the signs for Fishguard and continue on the A487. Once you reach Fishguard, follow the signs for Lower Fishguard Harbour. You will need to take a left turn onto the A40, then shortly after, take a right onto the B4313. Continue straight until you reach the harbor area. There is limited parking available near the harbor, so be prepared to find a nearby street parking spot if the designated area is full. Note that some parking may incur a small fee.

  From anywhere in Pembrokeshire, use the local bus service to reach Fishguard. The bus services such as the T5 route connect various towns in Pembrokeshire to Fishguard. If you are coming from Haverfordwest, for example, take the T5 bus directly to Fishguard. Once you arrive at the Fishguard bus station, it is about a 20-minute walk to Lower Fishguard Harbour. Exit the bus station, head towards the A487, and follow the directions above to reach the harbor. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi from the bus station to Lower Fishguard Harbour, which should cost around £5-£10.

  If you prefer cycling, you can take the scenic route from nearby towns such as Fishguard or Goodwick. There are cycle paths available that lead to Lower Fishguard Harbour. Ensure you are familiar with local cycling laws and wear a helmet for safety. The route is relatively safe, but be cautious of traffic as you get closer to the harbor. The ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes from Fishguard town center depending on your cycling speed.
