Car
If you are driving, start from the town of Pembroke. Take the A4075 towards Haverfordwest. After about 6 miles, merge onto the A40. Continue on the A40 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the junction for the A478 towards Tenby and Narberth. Take the exit and follow the A478 for about 5 miles until you reach the T-junction. Turn left onto the B4313 towards Clynderwen. Continue for about 2 miles until you see signs for Preseli Hills. The hills will be on your right. Note that parking may be available at local lay-bys or designated areas along the route.

Public Transportation
To reach Preseli Hills via public transportation, you can start from Haverfordwest. Take a train to Clunderwen station, which is the nearest station to the hills. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Clunderwen station, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 miles, 30-minute walk) or take a local taxi to reach Preseli Hills. If you choose to walk, exit the station and head southeast on the B4313. Follow the road signs to Preseli Hills, which will be identifiable by the landscape around you.

For a more direct route, you can also book a taxi from any location in Pembrokeshire to Preseli Hills. Many local taxi services are available, and it is advisable to book in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons. The fare will vary based on your starting point but expect it to be around £20-£30 from Haverfordwest. Provide the driver with the destination address: Clynderwen SA66 7QX, and they will be able to take you directly.
