Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the city center of Perth. Head east on the A85 and continue straight for about 1 mile. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the A94, following signs for Kinnoull Hill. After approximately 0.5 miles, turn left onto Kinnoull Hill Road. Follow this road as it winds up the hill, and look for the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park car park on your left. Parking may incur a fee, so check for signs upon arrival.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park by public transport, take a bus from Perth city center. Look for buses heading towards Kinnoull or Scone; the number 3 or 4 buses typically serve this route. Get off at the stop closest to Kinnoull Hill Road. From the bus stop, walk up Kinnoull Hill Road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the park entrance. Follow the riverside path until you reach the foot of Kinnoull Hill. From there, you can follow the footpaths that lead directly into the woodland park. This walk will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace, and offers beautiful views along the way.

• Bike

  For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike in Perth and ride to Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Head out of the city on the A85, then take the bike paths that run alongside the road. Follow the same directions as for driving, but be cautious of traffic. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, and there are bike racks available at the park for securing your bike.
