Car
If you are driving, start on the A82 road heading north from Fort William. After about 20 miles, take the A87 towards Invergarry. Follow the A87 for approximately 12 miles until you reach Invergarry. Here, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Loch Garry. Once in Invergarry, turn onto the A86 and follow it for about 2 miles. You will see a sign for Loch Garry; turn onto the B8004 and continue for about 1 mile until you reach the parking area near the loch. Ensure to check for parking fees which may apply in busy seasons.

Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a train to Fort William. From Fort William, you can catch a Citylink bus (Route 919) to Invergarry. The bus journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Invergarry, the best option is to hire a taxi to reach Loch Garry, as there are limited local bus services. Taxis can be arranged in advance or found at the Invergarry Hotel. The taxi ride from Invergarry to Loch Garry will take about 10 minutes and may cost around £10-£15.
