From the town center of Stratford-upon-Avon, start at the Shakespeare's Birthplace on Henley Street. Head northeast on Henley Street towards Chapel Street. Continue onto High Street, then turn left onto Bridge Street. Cross over the River Avon using the bridge. Once you've crossed the river, continue straight onto the A3400 (Warwick Road). Follow the A3400 for about 1.5 miles. You will pass through a couple of roundabouts. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Warwick. After approximately 1.5 miles, take a left onto Bread and Meat Close. Hill Close Gardens will be on your right-hand side.

Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for 'Warwick Town Centre.' Once you get off, walk towards the A3400 (Warwick Road) and head north on the A3400 for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Bread and Meat Close, and you will find Hill Close Gardens on your right.
