Walking
Start at the Shakespeare's Birthplace located on Henley Street. Head south on Henley Street towards the junction with Church Street. At the junction, turn left onto Church Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.6 miles (approximately 15 minutes). You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the Tewkesbury Abbey sign, which will be on your right as you approach the Church Street area in Tewkesbury. The Abbey is located at Church Street, Tewkesbury GL20 5RZ.

Bus
From the Stratford-upon-Avon bus station, take the Stagecoach bus service 12 towards Tewkesbury. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tewkesbury bus station, exit the bus and head southwest on High Street. Continue straight until you reach Church Street, where you will find Tewkesbury Abbey located on your left. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus station to the Abbey.

Start at Stratford-upon-Avon train station. Take a train towards Worcester Foregate Street with a change at Honeybourne station. The total travel time by train will be around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Tewkesbury station, exit and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Church Street. Tewkesbury Abbey will be on your right as you enter the Church Street area.
