Walking
From the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, head south on Bridge Street towards the river. Continue straight onto Rother Street, then turn left onto Guild Street. Follow Guild Street until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the A3400 (Birmingham Road) and continue straight. After about 0.5 miles, you will find the bus station on your left. From there, you can take a bus to Cheltenham. Once you arrive in Cheltenham, follow the signs to the town center. The Gustav Holst Statue & Planets Fountain is located in the Promenade area, just a short walk from the bus station.

From Stratford-upon-Avon, walk to the Stratford-upon-Avon bus station located on Bridge Street. Take the bus number X18 or 50 towards Cheltenham. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cheltenham bus station, exit and walk towards the Promenade area. The Gustav Holst Statue & Planets Fountain is a short 10-minute walk from the bus station, located in the town center.

Walk to Stratford-upon-Avon railway station, which is located on Station Road. Take a train towards Cheltenham Spa, which usually takes about 30 minutes. Once at Cheltenham Spa station, exit and walk towards the town center. The Gustav Holst Statue & Planets Fountain is about a 20-minute walk from the station. Follow the signs to the Promenade, and you will find the fountain near the town's shopping area.
