Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Spencer House from anywhere in Sussex, take the A27 towards Brighton. From Brighton, follow signs for the A23 towards London. Stay on the A23 until you reach the M25. Merge onto the M25 and then take the exit for the M1/A41 towards Central London. Follow the signs for Central London and then take the exit for St. James's Park. Continue onto Birdcage Walk, then turn onto St. James's Place, where you will find Spencer House at number 27. Be aware that parking in Central London can be expensive and may require additional fees.

• Train

  To reach Spencer House by train, find your nearest train station in Sussex (for example, Brighton, Eastbourne, or Hastings) and board a train heading to London Victoria Station. Once you arrive at Victoria Station, exit the station and take the Victoria Line underground towards Walthamstow Central. Get off at Green Park Station and transfer to the Jubilee Line towards Stratford. Get off at St. James's Park Station. From there, it’s a short walk to Spencer House, located at 27 St James's Place. Remember to check train schedules in advance and book your tickets, which can vary in price.

• Bus

  If you prefer taking a bus, check for National Express or other coach services that run from Sussex to London. Buses typically arrive at Victoria Coach Station. From Victoria Coach Station, you can either walk or take the Tube to St. James's Park Station. If walking, it’s about a 15-minute journey. Alternatively, you can take Bus 11 or Bus 211 from Victoria Coach Station towards Liverpool Street, and get off at St. James's Park. Buses generally have a lower cost compared to trains but check prices and schedules for your specific date of travel.
