From Green Park, use the exit towards Constitution Hill, and follow the street signs to reach Constitution Hill Memorial Garden.

From Windsor, take a South Western Railway train from Windsor & Eton Central to London Waterloo. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Waterloo Station, follow signs to the Underground. Take the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore and disembark at Green Park Station. Use the exit that leads to Constitution Hill, and from there, follow the street signs to reach Constitution Hill Memorial Garden.
