Car
Driving from Inverness takes about 1.5 to 2 hours via the A9 northbound. Free parking is available on-site for cars and coaches. Note that rural roads may be narrow and weather-dependent.

Take a train from Inverness to Golspie station, approximately 2.5 hours. From Golspie, a local taxi or a 30-minute walk along well-maintained paths leads to the castle. Bus services are limited in frequency.
