Car
If you are driving to Tamesis Dock at Albert Embankment, start from the centre of Sutherland. Head southeast on the A9 towards Inverness. Follow the A9 for approximately 90 miles until you reach the junction with the A82. Merge onto the A82 and continue towards Glasgow. Once in Glasgow, follow signs for the M8 motorway towards Edinburgh. After about 40 miles, merge onto the M74 towards Carlisle and continue until you reach the M6. Follow the M6 south until you reach the M1. Take the M1 towards London. Finally, take the A301 exit towards Lambeth and follow the signs to Albert Embankment. Tamesis Dock will be on your left after crossing Vauxhall Bridge.

To reach Tamesis Dock using public transport, start by taking a bus from Sutherland to Inverness. From Inverness, take a train to London Euston station. Once you arrive at Euston, take the London Underground (Tube) to Vauxhall station. From Vauxhall station, exit and walk towards Albert Embankment. Tamesis Dock is located between Vauxhall and Lambeth Bridge along Albert Embankment. The total journey time may take around 8 to 10 hours, so plan accordingly.
