Follow the signs towards Whitby Abbey, as St Mary's Church is located adjacent to it. The church is situated at Abbey Plain, Whitby YO22 4JR and is approximately a 15-minute walk from the town centre.

There is limited parking available near the church, so it's advisable to park in one of the nearby public car parks, such as the Abbey Car Park (charges apply). From the car park, it is a short walk to St Mary's Church, which is located at the top of the hill next to Whitby Abbey.

Take a local bus to Whitby. Once you arrive at the Whitby bus station, you can either walk to St Mary's Church or take a taxi.
