Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride through the North Yorkshire countryside, which takes approximately 45 minutes. When you arrive in Kirkbymoorside, get off at the bus stop located near the town center.

After getting off the bus in Kirkbymoorside, head east on the main street, which is the A170. Continue walking straight for about 1 mile (approximately 20-25 minutes on foot) until you reach Hutton-le-Hole. Look for signs directing you towards the Ryedale Folk Museum. The museum is located just off the main road, and you will see signs guiding you to the entrance.

Alternatively, you can take the bus from York to Kirkbymoorside as described above. After arriving in Kirkbymoorside, you can also take a short taxi ride to Hutton-le-Hole if you prefer not to walk.
