If you're already in the Barrio Histórico, walking is the best way to reach Plaza de Armas. Start at the intersection of Calle de los Suspiros and Calle de San José. Head north on Calle de los Suspiros for about 200 meters until you reach the junction with Avenida General Flores. At this junction, turn left onto Avenida General Flores and continue straight for about 150 meters.
